Block-boxes and containers for electrical equipment

Use of containers for placing the equipment enables to give up construction of expensive capital buildings, to cut down the cost and time of the equipment erection and commissioning. Mounting the equipment in containers affords its complete inspection and factory tests at manufacturers.

The containers are intended for protection of the electrical and other equipment from environmental influence at outdoor installation. 

Used in 

– converter substations and sets for supply of electrical process installations 6 ÷ 35 kV;      
– medium – and low – voltage switchgears;     
– converter sets for additional supply of powerful electrolyzers installed into the operating electrolysis series, in particular for additional supply of aluminium electrolyzers;      
– complete transformer substations;     
– diesel and gas – fired boiler houses.

Design features

The container presents a corrosion resistant structure in the form of a welded frame, jacketed with warmth saving "sandwich" panels. The container is furnished with systems of ventilation and climatic control.
